To do well, a brand must have its own characteristics. This means that it is impossible to suit all styles of customers. Therefore, we must have a good analysis of our target customer groups in order to make products in line with their aesthetics. At the same time, customer research can also understand the market trend, such as the price and sales channel should be adjusted accordingly. And brand stores, no matter offline stores or online stores, should also have their own unique style, such as decoration style and brand concept should be consistent. Market competition is fierce, so attractive service or display is very necessary.

I hope to study fashion design in my undergraduate study, so the customer survey I learned in the Toolbox course is of great help to me. I can tailor my designs to my target audience, or incorporate elements that appeal to the group of people I want to be my customers.

When making my customer report, I learned to analyze their consumption habits, shopping budgets and favorite styles through the details of their life. And making these pages has improved my typography aesthetic, and the pages I make are more and more beautiful. However, as I am an AA student, all my research objects are my friends, but in fact, the best research objects of this assignment should be looking for passers-by to interview. I regret not being able to complete the challenge. I think it will actually help my communication skills a lot.

My favorite activity is making shop report. When I approach the store and observe its details carefully, I can learn a lot of things as a reference for my future brand establishment. When I stand in the shop, I will fantasize that one day I can own such a clothing shop located in the downtown shopping mall, and many people will like my products and come to consume them. It’s really great, and it will be the motivation for me to study hard.
